Every raw mineral and crystal that we select has been obtained using the most ethical and eco-friendly method available. 

• How do I track my order?
  
  Email Notification – Once your order ships, you’ll receive a separate email with a tracking number. (Tip: If you don’t see it, check your spam or promotions folder.)
  
  Account Tracking – Log in to your account and click on the order to view its status.
  
  Direct Tracking – For faster and more up-to-date info, enter your tracking number on our logistics partner’s website: 17track – Sihai Inc. This site often updates earlier than standard tracking emails.
  
  Please note: Tracking may take 1–2 days to update. If it seems like your order isn’t moving, don’t worry—it’s usually already on its way.

• How do I place an order?
  
  1. Add to Cart – Select your items (color, size, quantity, etc.) and add them to your shopping cart.
  
  2. Checkout – Enter your shipping address, choose a shipping option and payment method, you can also leave comments for special requests.
  
  3. Order Confirmation – An order number will be generated once you click “Finish Your Order.”
  
  4. Processing – After payment is confirmed, your order will begin processing within 2 business days.
  
  5. Production & Shipping – You can track the progress during production. Once your items are ready, we will notify you to confirm the final payment (including shipping fee). Shipping will be arranged after the final payment is received.
  
  6. Tracking – A tracking number will be provided so you can monitor delivery status.

• How do I pick up my goods?
  
  We provide door-to-door delivery. All shipping methods are sent directly to the address you provide. We take full responsibility for the transport, and if your goods are lost or damaged, we will compensate you according to the actual value.

• How long after I pay can I expect to receive my order?
  
  1. Order Preparation Time – Standard preparation time is 2 working days. If an item is out of stock, it may take 3–5 working days. We will always do our best to prepare your order as quickly as possible. If there is any delay, we will contact and inform you with the reason.
  
  2. Shipping Method – Delivery time depends on the shipping method chosen. Please refer to our Shipping Policy.
  
  3. Estimated Delivery – If everything goes well, you should receive your order within 10 working days.
