I am a part time rock and mineral dealer doing a handful of shows each year. This fall I have already had two shows at which I displayed the Madagascar Rose Quartz Crystal Points I bought through Crystals wholesale USA. They were well recieved. They were displayed among a number of other Crystal Points from the same source. I had held back 10 of the twenty points I had as deep inventory, but have had to dig into that backup supply as I restock my inventory for my next show. They sold well and I am sure I will reorder them again before the next soring season.

- How do I track my order?

- How do I place an order?
1. Add to Cart – Select your items (color, size, quantity, etc.) and add them to your shopping cart.
2. Checkout – Enter your shipping address, choose a shipping option and payment method, you can also leave comments for special requests.
3. Order Confirmation – An order number will be generated once you click “Finish Your Order.”
4. Processing – After payment is confirmed, your order will begin processing within 2 business days.
5. Production & Shipping – You can track the progress during production. Once your items are ready, we will notify you to confirm the final payment (including shipping fee). Shipping will be arranged after the final payment is received.
6. Tracking – A tracking number will be provided so you can monitor delivery status.
- How do I pick up my goods?
We provide door-to-door delivery. All shipping methods are sent directly to the address you provide. We take full responsibility for the transport, and if your goods are lost or damaged, we will compensate you according to the actual value.
- How long after I pay can I expect to receive my order?
1. Order Preparation Time – Standard preparation time is 2 working days. If an item is out of stock, it may take 3–5 working days. We will always do our best to prepare your order as quickly as possible. If there is any delay, we will contact and inform you with the reason.
