There are currently two types of polishing processes for obsidian：
1. 5000-Grit, a mirror finish is a highly-polished commercial finish characterised by a bright, shiny and reflective surface
2. 2000-Grit, Frosted obsidian, not reflective
Obsidian is a form of volcanic glass, long-term direct sunlight will cause cracks.
If you have an 2000-Grit obsidian product and accidentally break it, we can provide a free simple repair tool and send it to you with your order, you can fix it yourself with tools.(only can fix 2000-Grit obsdian, only customers who have purchased our products before can get free tools).
